We bought this Rapido Export Folding Caravan in April 2008 on the internet. We plan to use it behind our Morris Minor, the first time will be in September 2008 on the Dutch National in Huizen
The caravan folds together and, although it is a lot larger than the Confort-matic we had, you don't have a huge mass behind the Morris Minor.
In spite of that you have a full 4 berth caravan, with a space to put a toilet, A separate kitchen
with sink and cooking equipment. And, there is a fridge and a lot of cupboard space
also. The total floor space is just over 10 square meters.
The caravan weighs 530 Kg and we can take 165 KG of luggage with us. We still have to experience how it tows.
I'm thinking about a number of mod's for this caravan. First off all a hot water boiler and a new sink and cooking plate will be installed. Later some extra cupboards and a new awning will complete the caravan. The look and feel will stay very seventies, just because we like that.
