Minichamps Series 1000 Convertible
Minichamps announced their Morris Minor Models already in 2002, but it took them until 2005 before they released the first model.
The pictures on which they based their models were taken by Oxford Cars, the main Morris Minor car and parts supplier in the Netherlands.
The models are in 1:18 scale and are superbly detailed. They have opening doors, bonnets and boots and even an engine mounted.
They now (2006) offer the following models :
Series 1000 Saloon in Green.
Series 1000 Convertible in Blue.
Series 1000 Traveller in Old English White
Series 1000 Police Panda Car in Blue and White
Series 1000 Saloon (the Million) in Lilac.
