I spotted this Mister Whippee Icecream van on Ebay twice in 2006.
I don't have a clue who made the van or how many there were produced.
The van is based on a Lledo Promotional model (look at the wheels and rear doors) and perfectly modified. Someone did put a lot of work in this model. There even is a guy selling icecream in the van.
It does have its own presentation box.
