In december 1993 the first inhabitants of the dormitory moved in. Their aim was to build a space, rather ordinary but exclusive at the same time, in which people could feel welcome, comfortable, spiritual and wanted. A space that would not be restricted to a gay couple alone, but could expand to something larger... a spiritual realm... a gay family.

In the Summer of 1999 a third member joined the fraternity. At the moment he's still more or less an irregular inhabitant, commuting to and fro from the frathouse to his own house near the coast. But as soon as his stable has been renovated into a real house, he'll be a fulltime member.

Apart from the above members, the dorm gives shelter to three cats (Sarah, Iannis, Christos and Loukas), a rabbit (Lotje), a flock of chickens (Kobus, Bartje and their dazzling dames) and a small herd of Clun Forest sheep (Gianny, Gale, Gloria, Gemma, Gladys).
