Who Participates
Our Students Fall Into Several Different Categories:
- Aspiring Coaches. These are people who have already determined they want to make a career primarily of being coaches. Some come from helping professions such as therapy and counseling. Others have made dramatic career changes from fields as diverse as engineering, law, and finance to become coaches.
- Consultants. Many consultants find that Co-Active coaching skills enable them to better serve their clients, keep them longer, and generate stronger client referrals. They range in focus from organizational and management consultants, to financial advisors, to health and wellness consultants.
- Leaders and managers. For the past 13 years, leaders from a variety of organizations have attended CTI's workshops either through the public venue, or through privately held internal trainings. This group includes both line managers and leaders, and internal coaches and trainers.
