| Description | Shell up to ca. 6 mm high, rather solid, opaque, weakly inflated, left valve slightly more convex than right valve, circular, equivalve, nearly equilateral, auricles smooth, nearly equal in size and shape, colour whitish. Left valve with numerous, irregularly spaced, weak and delicate radial lirae and very weak commarginal lirae. Right valve with commarginal sculpture. Internal ribs 8 with 2 auricular riblets. Byssal notch, byssal fasciole and ctenolium lacking. |
