X-Country Soaring

 


My name is Karel Termaat. Since 1994 my son Ronald and I have been sharing a glider. Just recently we have sold our beautiful Ventus-2cxT to a pilot in Spain. Ronald is a serious competition pilot, a.o. in European and World Championships. I have become a more recreational pilot and like to make long cross-country flights. The latest generation of gliders are perfect for that and with a sustainer engine on board it is a great pleasure to fly fast and/or quite far from home when conditions allow. The next glider we will fly with is unknown at the moment, but we have an idea.
