Fieldwork Spain

The geologic fieldwork that took place near the town of Jumilla in southern Spain was our first long fieldwork. During this three weeks fieldwork, every student had to make geologic map of a 50 square kilometers large area. That was quite a difficult task, especially because it was the first time we had to manage it all by ourselves.

For many of us, it also was the first time to be away from home for such a long time. But spending three weeks together with friends of course means that there was a lot of time to have fun as well.
