New York - Culkin Times

A new month a new issue. Yes as promised here is the second issue of The New York, Culkin Times". First of all I like to wish you all the best for 1998. It is going to be an exciting Culkin year, and I'll try to keep you up to date on what is happening. Enjoy reading it, Mark Being a Fan As a fan of the Culkin family, I've always been interested in their performances and their well being. But I've noticed that some people take being a fan far beyond that. Their private live is not a public property neither are they. It is not as they live for you, they have their own lives and deserve our respect. They have given you so much already by their acting performances, don't try and take the rest as well. Never forget they are people too, don't hunt them down, or go overboard in getting a souvenir. You will only scare them away, and make yourself look like a fool. Remember you don't know them personally, even if it feels		Christian Culkin A name that is not as well known as Kieran and Macaulay, but also he is a member of the Culkin family that has shown us his talent. He has performed in the motion picture "It runs in the Family" better known as "My Summer Story" released in 1994. In this movie he plays the role of 'Randy Parker' the younger brother of Ralphie Parker (Kieran Culkin). In this supporting role Christian made his debut in the movie world, showing that again a Culkin talent has come forward. 'It runs in the family' is a family comedy about the crazy parker family as they stand out in their local neightbourhood. A movie on triumph, defeat and family ties. We hope to see more of you Christian! that way. The person you see in the movie is based on an acting performance, and does not necessarily relate to the actual person. Acting in a movie claims a lot of your time, leaving you with a live that is quite different then it is for others. Especially when you're young you miss out on a lot, and after a while find out that you are living quite an isolated live. A price of Fame you say, well maybe it is, but still take a moment and think about it next time you judge them or discuss the gossip that goes around. Show your respect, for they deserve it. They have given us a part of their live for us to enjoy, and I salut them for it! On the other hand I don't want to discourage anybody from being their fan. Please be proud to be their fan, and show them your admiration. It's what enables us to show our appreciation and in that way reward them for their work. The Culkin FanSite Discussion Board In the last month a lot has happened on the Culkin FanSITE discussion board. First a lot of commotion was caused by some trouble makers that trashed the board with their messages. But the webmaster took action and set the trend for a different atmosphere. A new look and feel, that improved on the attitude of the visitors posting there. Still after all these improvements one thing did not change..... the Gossip still remained. Gossip is a very difficult matter for those that maintain the discussion board. Ruling between freedom of speech and indecent gossip, turned out to be a fatal problem. Many got upset and the Webmaster decided to close the discussion board down. Recently it has been reopened, but after all that has happened it is not the same. Hopefully time can heal the wounds and make this place become alive again. People make mistakes but can also learn from them. It's a new year with new opportunities, lets make the best out of it. New Culkin Web Sites More and more people on the internet dedicate a webpage to the Culkins. In the past month, we have witnessed two newcomers: The Culkin Shrine Macaulay Culkin online - a project of PCWORLD.DE

He's Back! After 3 years Macaulay Culkin, has again made a public appearance. He has officially announced his plans to return back into acting. As he stated in the TV program 'Entertainment Tonight'. "I'm BACK!!". Also has he been spotted on the premiere of the "Diary of Anne Frank". The picture here is taken at location and shows us the class of Mr. Culkin. In this picture he is seen with Rachel Miner a good friend of the family. As we can see he's serious about returning back to the business, and judging by this recent photo, he still has that special charm. It is going to be exciting to witness the release of the next motion picture that will feature Macaulay Culkin. We're waiting for you!
