Circle (A35): Schoch-FLower circle

Definition
Let S1 be the point where the Schoch-line meets AB. The circle tangent externally to the circles through
S1 with centers A and B and to (O') is the Archimedean circle (A35).[FvL, 28 Dec 2006]. Thomas Schoch
has suggested to name it "van Lamoen circle".
Properties:
- The circle through S2 (the point where the Schoch line meets (O)) with center O' is tangent
to (A35) as well, cf. the first Schoch
line circle. [FvL, 28 Dec 2006]
- The common tangents of (A35) and the circles through
S1 with centers A and B, meet on the Schoch line in a point
equidistant to both tangency points and S1. [FvL, 28 Dec 2006]
