Circles (A44a) and (A44b): First QTB Powerian pair

Definition

Let M, M1, and M2 be the highest points of (O), (O1), and (O2) respectively. Let the incenter of MM1M2 be IM. Then the two circles tangent to each other at IM and both tangent to (O) are Archimedean, thus forming a Powerian pair. They are named after their author Quang Tuan Bui. [Bui 2007]
