Hello and welcome to the official D-Force site. D-Force, out of Steenwijk-NL has founded in September 2000 by Jan Slager and Berend de Kroon on drums, later joined by André Meijer and Do Regelink. Because of interests of all members they started as a Black Sabbath sound-a-like hard rock band. They still do a couple of Sabbath tracks sometimes. 2002 was the year of the first album “Between Suicide”, presented live on the roof of famous “Mooi Man”-pub “De Karre” in Tuk (Steenwijk). A year later they played their biggest gig at the Dicky Woodstock festival along with Green Lizard and Staal. Unfortunately there was some struggling which causes that Jan left the band. A short break followed. Berend, a multi-musician who played drums with D-Force, decided to take over the bass guitar and a new drum player was found by Peter van der Vlugt, who left the band after several months. A new chapter will be opened with new songs. While waiting for the new tour please enjoy yourself on this site!
