The Drosophila
research community in the Netherlands is pulling together to exchange and
stimulate research interests. It is a great opportunity to regroup forces,
generate exchanges and create a momentum sharing both techniques and exciting
science. Drosophila melanogaster is one of the most used experimental
multicellular organisms. As a model organism, it has a proven track record
in all branches of genetics, evolutionary biology, cell biology and developmental
biology.
