This six cup illy collection set was created by one of the inventors of American Pop Art. James Rosenquist (born in 1933 at Grand Forks, North Dakota) decorated the cups with strips of colored paper that represent all the colors of the rainbow in infinity of shades.
Both the cups and saucers, but also two cans of coffee that came in the gift box, were decorated this way. Besides decorating this Riviera set, he also designed the new illy logo. On behalf of this occasion a gift set with two special logo
