Normally the bar cups have the inscription illy espresso on the inside. However, the Michael Lin cups have the inscription "anteprima illy Michael Lin".
The reason for this is a complete new concept by illy. Summer 2006, illy released the bar cups (anteprima illy) and later on that year (november) they released another "illy art collection" set by the same artist.
In the bar cup version the cups are decorated and the saucers are plain white.
