Rather special picture. It looks like this picture was taken in the USA. The Stoof has USN markings on the end of the fuselage and on the nose you can see an anchor that belongs to the Turkish Navy. An S-2E is starting a Cyclone at its home base Topel. The Turkish Trackers were retired in 1993.
Turkish Aircraft Industry converted one of the S-2Es into a firefighter as a private venture. If sufficient founding can be found more planes will be converted similarly.
