Ethiopia is a country full of historical landmarks, beautiful people, fabulous landscapes and many lakes and waterfalls. The only African country never colonized by Europeans is a world  in  itself, and deserves to be looked at with respect. True, it has known famine and war, but focusing on such short term events only is for pessimists and for the narrow- minded, and should not distract us from the glorious past and beauty of the country, as well as its opportunities for the future. This site is here for positive viewpoints and images. This is not an objective site, it is a site of optimism. If you are only interested in bad news: go away. If you are looking for beautiful photos, travel opportunities, and good news: this is the place. If you wish to show your photos, to inform others about opportunities, or if you want a link added, please inform us.
