Community fee
The graph below shows the monthly community fee over the last 10 years for an apartment with a participation quote = 1, in currencies EUR and GBP (pound). One might conclude from the graph that the increase of the community fee in pounds is steeper than that in Euros. This is correct. It is caused by the overall weakening of the pound against the Euro in the last 10 years.
The second graph shows the sharp rise in the community fee (percentage) in the first years of the community that does not match the increase of inflation (percentage).
