Solton SM100 Editor (freeware)

In 2002 my good friend Martijn found a pair of obscure Italian Solton SM100's expander modules not unlike the Korg EX8000. I really liked the basic sound quality and the thick chorus of this enigmatic monster and decided to buy one of them. When i got home and screwed it open i soon discovered its secret: it uses yummy SSM chips to generate those sounds!

There was a big snag though: i had no means to edit it nor any documentation. But after some fiddling i accidentally stumbled upon a way to set all the patch parameters with Midi commands and immediately proceeded to write the software editor presented here...

Mind you: it's a fairly limited affair but it is freeware so you can't complain :)
I've never figured out a way to get the current patch or download the entire bank so you better start by loading & sending a basic patch (included in the download) and proceed to edit from there.
Please Note patch 00-39 are read-only so you cannot edit them; use patch 40 and upwards instead
