On Friday the 15th day of May 1778, a public Survey will be held at the Barton House of Tremadart, in the Parish of Duloe, for selling of

210 Oak Timber Trees

Growing in Tremadart and Gillhill woods; and likewise nine acres of coppice wood, tythe free. - All which timber and coppice is situated very handy for water carriage, being about one mile from the navigable river to Looe &c.
And at the same time and place a Survey will be held for Setting, for seven years, all that Tenement called PAPER MILLS, situated at the head of the Looe river aforesaid.
Any one included to view the same, may apply to the tenant at Tremadart. And for further particulars apply to Matthew Trevan, at Great Efford, near Plymouth, Devon.
