He moved to the Pancras registration district of London where he married 3 times. Presumably he moved to be near his elder brother Henry Henwood Trevan, who had earlier moved to the same part of London. In 1881 he was lodging with his sister Julia Bennett.
In 1885 he married Emma formerly Hopkins formerly Bowler / Bawler and had at least 2 sons with her. Both died during the Great War. At the time of the 1891 census the family was living at 22 Hanover Street, St Pancras, and Frederick was described as a carpenter. They were still living in the St Pancras area at the time of the 1901 census.
When he married again in the Register Office at St Pancras on 7 Sep 1904 he was described as a 55 year old widower and his new wife was a 51 year old widow. His occupation was given as a carpenter. When son Fred married in 1907 he was still shown as being alive.
I have not done a great deal of research about the London branches of the Trevan family, but I have summarised the Civil Registration details for the London area onto a single page.
