Two thirds of the Town Platt belong to Mr. J Watts, the other third to Robert Mitchell, being bought by Quaker Billing, Quaker Scantlebury and Mr. Trefry from John Hunt Esq., the descendent of Cheney's. J Watts grandfather bought it off the two former, and Robert Mitchell got his by his wife, who was a Trefry.
