.9KL file making

An old manner to create a contour file is the .9KL file
a bit similar to the .3KL file but instead of 360 as max index it uses
90 as max and 0 as minimum
The 0 index is used on the x-axis and 90 is used on the y-axis.
These indices are steady all other coordinates can have a own choosen value
but have to be counterclockwise ascending.
An example is the square:

0,1,0,
45,1,1,
90,0,1,


per line the first number is the index, second the x-coordinate and last the y-coordinate
Be ware the ending of the file with some extra <Enter>
A Nice way to make a .9kl is by notepad or MS Excel.
