The former paper is in conflict with the special relativity theory of Einstein, because it represents the dissident John Bell interpretation of relativity ). Why did Einstein choose in 1905 for this only apparent paradox and not for the only apparent validity of physical laws, as this study is suggesting?

Abraham Pais in his book: 'Subtle is the Lord': (III,8,9): Einstein said: 'I was for general reasons, firmly convinced that there does not exist absolute motion and my problem was only, how this could be reconciled with our knowledge of electrodynamics :he gave a lecture (1924) at Oxford in the course of which he said, it is my conviction that pure mathematical construction enables us to discover the concepts and the laws connecting them, which give us the key to the understanding of the phenomena of nature …………. Pais: The kinematic June paper has the ideal axiomatic structure of a finished theory. A structure which had abruptly dawned on him after a discussion with Besso. It is possible that this experience was so overwhelming that it seared his mind and partially blotted out reflections and information that had been with him earlier. Could the foregoing reasoning be the cause for Einstein's mistake ?

The whole scientific world didn't like this paradox: because it made the universe change into an abstract mathematical one. Several later books are proving this very directly:

1: SCIENCE AT THE CROSSROAD, by Professor Herbert Dingle (Publ: Martin Brian & O'Keeffe 1972):
Page: 159: the theory itself makes the stationary and moving clocks interchangeable by pure thought, and so requires the impossibility that EACH clock works more slowly than the other.
2: THE DYNAMIC UNIVERS, by James Mackay (Pub]: Charles Scribner's Sons 1931).
Page: 111: This radiation theory agrees with Lorentz, that motion of particles relative to the vacuum is the cause of the variations discoverable by experiment.
3: SUBTLE IS THE LORD, by Abraham Pais (Oxford University press 1983 isbn. 0-19-285138-1):
Page: 166: Lorentz still opines that the contraction of rods has a dynamic origin ------ Lorentz was not prepared to accept their conclusions as the definitive answer to the problems of the vacuum. Page 126/127: Poincare said: if we succeed in measuring something, we will always have the freedom to say that it is not the velocity relative to the vacuum, it can always be the velocity relative to a new unknown fluid (Higgs-virgin vacuum?) with which we would fill space . Page 144: Einstein said: The Lorentz contraction does not exist for the observer who moves (with the rod): it really exists, however, in the sense .... (for) a resting observer, (E4).
My conclusion: His solution abandoned the vacuum as a preferred reference frame (for second order experiments and true TIME), but it didn't exclude the vacuum as a manipulator of the Lorentz transformations (the transformations ..really exist ), and not for first order experiments. Page 16: Lorentz said: The chief cause of my failure, was my clinging to the idea that only the variable t can be considered as the true time and that my local time t must be regarded as no more than an auxiliary mathematical quantity. (IN OUR VIEW: THIS WAS HIS ONLY FAILURE).
As a remarkable fact, in his inaugural speech at Leiden: "Äther und relativitdtstheorie" (1920, Editor: Jul.

As a consequence of the former paper; DARK MATTER should exist in the form of massive BLACK HOLES, situated on both sides of spiral galaxies, and on all sides of elliptical galaxies. Less massive black holes, in halo form should be situated around each nucleus, (see page 10).
The next figure is giving an simplified example of black hole configuration in the Virgo cluster.

A second consequence is, that these massive black holes can have interaction with each other, and originate visible distortion effects. Examples of this can be seen in galaxy clusters like the Virgo cluster, and in Arp 273 and 286.

Simplification of dumbbell structures, with only one black hole on each side. (see also page: 26).

As a consequence of the former paper; DARK MATTER is supposed to exist in the form of massive black holes, situated on both sides of Spiral and Lenticular galaxies or around eliptical galaxies. Less massive black holes, are situated in halo form around the nucleus of Galaxies, (in the center of star clusters see page 10). Most peculiar is, that even CLUSTERS of galaxies show dump-bell structures, in x-ray analysis; ABCG 2256; (Astr.J. vol.108 nr 6 dec. 1994), A 754; and the Centaurus cluster.
The dumb-bell structure of galaxy clusters can be explained, by the hypothesis that these clusters originated out of one virgin dumb-bell proto-galaxy , which after evoluated and being disturbed , will spit out several single Black Holes or quasars (Halton C. Arp; for M82). These single quasars will group together and originated several more proto-galaxies in the neighborhood of the original virgin-galaxy.

An other consequence is, that interaction of these dumb-bell black hole systems can originate merger galaxies like NGC 4319; we sketched the interconnecting dashed lines between the four radio sources. from; Halton C.Arp; Quasars, redshifts and controversies, p37). These dumb-bell systems are also seen in double quasars ; 3CI20, (Arp; page 128) and even in faint radio galaxies as; 0123+385, 0213+398 and 1232+397A.
