Academy is Marc's first font, made for his exams back in 1990, never had the change to digitext up till now. Hopes to get the caps out quite soon. This is a wide but firm font.
AmsterdamBridge is scanned from the original pencil drawing of the typeface that is used on the bridges of Amsterdam. No Q and X available, don't ask me why, they were just not there. Only caps. Take me to the bridge...
| Euromania is one of thousand Euro fonts available these days, but with a nice twist; a= avantgarde, b=bodoni, c=caecillia, etc. etc.
Could come in handy in 2002, when Microsoft has done a titanic impression in the 2000, you know with it's millenium 'problem'. Even one for Erik Blokland's "Kosmik" font, sorry Erik! We will never do it again... See the future... |
More of the same like RuffBold but more a modern style font. The explanation stays the same as RuffBold. Looking a bit fuzzy. Use me...
Crazy enough for Yah! Setting the fonts in the right order and you'll have an alfabet making waves. Silly. Oink...
Taken from the album sleeve 'Attack of the killer bee' done by Antrax. The font is based upon the handwriting of one of the bandmembers, used in the 'thanks' part of the sleeve. Bit funny but still readable. Let me have it!...
Being a long time fan of The All Time Classic Comic "Asterix" I decided to get the fonts as made by Uderzo and bring it to the Mac. Almost all the fonts come from the French album "Les laurier de Cesar" in its first edition. The K,Y and a few others i've made myself. It looks almost as in the albums. Beware!! the capitals in this font are the ones being used for speeking very loudly and can not be used with the normal "a,b,c" etc. They both got their own "! and ?." On extra feature is the soundlike "burp" which is "hips!" is to be found under a key. Take me back....
Computerised font used in roadsigns across Holland. Accompanied by the picts for industrial terrain and a ferry. It's a bit widely spaced as seen on the signs (not my idea). The name Mushroom is due to the little mushroom-like roadsigns used by the ANWB for directing bikers in the right direction, in Holland the are named "paddestoelen" which is, you guessed it; "Mushrooms". Welcome home...
A bit funny-looking still usefull font for funny-meaned text. Just handdrawed it in a flash and digitised it seeing how fast a font could be made. In this case about 3 hours. The name should be funny to, not! Get down...
Marc's own academy-like handwriting, named after my nickname in primary-school "Oranje ding" which is in english "Orange thing". Because I have haircolour resembling a carrot. A complete handwriting font with al the funny "*", "%" and "é" characters. Enjoy! Move over darling...
A ruff made font that we used in artschool to fake printed text with a pencil (no Macs available then). The scribbly way it looks is due to the fact that we had to write in very small typeheights (even 6 points) It's a sort of ruffly printed text "Times style". RuffMedium also available... Show me the way to heaven...
"Times" not the way you remember it. Nice to see you...
A font that had just been under extreme heavy fire, bombing etc. Just kidding, scrambled a normal font into a nice roughlike outdoor font with the fine new Freehand 7 features. Burn baby, burn...
A font made as the Ruff Medium font, handwritten typestyle-like font which can be easily used. No fun just font. Show me the way to heaven...
New, but old! Remember back in 1830? Well, in those days engravers had to do something for a living, so they had to copy all sorts of type-like drawings on shields etc. How did they remember them all. They didn't, just copying them from original printed examples, which off course could be digitised in the near future, like now. Here are about 50. Jummy, jummy...
Sunburst Staying out all day, to long in the sun? Then this could happen to your font. Every font studio has one like this, we do to! Rather complete, I we must say. Feel radiated? then use this font. Burn me...
Thick&Thin was born out of a big fat mamma and her tiny (...have mercy...) Helvetian husband. A bit schizophrenic, but usefull for specific occasions. All Uper, Lower and Digits available. Born to be wild...
Using one of the photoshopfilters by accident, this funny looking version of "Mushroom" came out. Looks like reading under water or having one to many (preferably belgian beer). Ahoy!!...
| A fucked up font in the ShowMeWare collection.
Had to make one just to have fun. It's a bit pointy, just like the text
in which it can be used. Numbers available. It's a little wiggly I suppose. Bring it on |
Blurring seems to be a pretty fine hobby, in this case a normal font is faded into wizzylike fontstyle, still good to read, and pretty straight forward. Could be used as an ordinairy readable font, with all the @#$% etc. Getting thirsty while looking at it. Skoll...
