Concentration-time response in acute inhalation toxicity
Concentration-time response relationships are of interest in estimating the hazards for the population living close to pressurised storage tanks of industrial gases in case of failure of containments. So an Excel application was developed, which will estimate concentration- time response relationships from the raw observations in animal acute inhalation toxicity studies. This Excel application replaces the former DoseResp.exe program.
This Excel application is an easy tool to analyse quantal data. The analysis allows for:
