We own the copyright on the pictures on this website
(since we made them ourselves, all but a few) as well as our own logo's.
At this time we do not mind that others reuse parts
of our website (except all pages of the Store and the Merchandise store, which is hosted by Cafepress). We do
require you to link back to our website however and we do appreciate you
letting us know by e-mail that you use our stuff and we may link back to
your site, so we all can improve traffic. We do reserve the right to
change any part of this policy if so needed.
If we describe teapots of certain producers we will
use their original logo to make the page more recognisable and where
possible we will link to their original website and include their address.
We aim to become a comprehensive resource on Teapots and feel that this
policy helps to do so.
We aim to create all texts ourselves, but in some
situations we have to rely on others, since telling a story on a
manufacturer will have to rely on facts disclosed by the manufacturer or
others. In doing so we try not to violate any copyrights and we will not
change the meaning of whatever text we use (we do abbreviate where needed).
Should we inadvertantly have violated any copyrights please let us know
